Shipping and Delivery
Can I have this item shipped to someone other than myself?
We can only ship to your billing address if you pay with a credit card.
I need this part tomorrow. Can you ship this item overnight?
Yes, you can upgrade to UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air at checkout.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Free Ground orders typically take 3–5 business days to arrive after payment is received.
If you choose Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air, you will receive them on the next or second business day if you order before 2:00 PM ET M-F, excluding holidays.
All orders are shipped from the closest warehouse that has the part available. Once the order has shipped, tracking information sent to your associated email can take up to 24 hours to update.
Do you ship to APO or FPO addresses?
Yes, we do. Thank you for your military service!
How much is shipping?
All of our standard shipping is free to our customers within the contiguous 48 states. Expedited shipping and shipping outside the contiguous 48 states (Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories) incur a shipping fee based on weight and distance.
Will you ship the part to anywhere in the world?
We currently ship to the 50 US states and US territories.
I just got my tracking number and there’s no status update!
Try checking it again tomorrow. It takes 1 day for the carrier to give a status and delivery date. UPS and FedEx each provide delivery dates. The USPS usually does not, but they typically take no longer than 5 business days.
I live in the area of one of your warehouses. Can I come and pick up parts there?
We do not have a retail store, so we are not able to offer customer pickup. All of our parts are shipped, and shipped for free!
Refunds and Returns
What is your return policy and how can I make a return?
- AM-AutoParts is happy to warranty our parts for 60 days after purchase. Parts must be in new, salable condition.
- Our warranty will only cover the cost of parts. Any installation or other fees are non-refundable.
- If a part arrives damaged or is defective, please let us know. We are happy to help you make an exchange or return.

Prices, Payment, and Parts
How do you keep your auto part prices so low?
With an efficient website and low overhead costs, we’re able to provide our customers with aftermarket auto parts at low prices.
Can I pay with a check, money order, or cash?
We only accept PayPal Express and all major Credit Cards.
Can you match one of your competitor’s prices?
We do not currently offer any form of price matching. We offer quality parts for some of the lowest prices in the industry.
I need a part for my car that you don’t have listed. Can I special order one?
Any parts that we can offer to our customers will be listed on our website. We are always expanding our inventory. Please check back soon if you are unable to locate a specific part.
What do L and R stand for?
L and R stand for left and right. The left and right sides on a vehicle are determined as though you were sitting in the driver’s seat. The left is the driver’s side, and the right is the passenger’s side.
